Before installation, ensure you have the necessary tools, including a socket set and torque wrench. Begin by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove the old diaphragm by detaching the air brake chamber cover and carefully taking out the diaphragm. Inspect the air brake chamber for any signs of wear or damage. Install the new Bendix diaphragm, ensuring it is seated properly. Reattach the cover and torque to manufacturer specification. Finally, check for any air leaks before lowering the vehicle back to the ground.
